Decarbonisation programmes & net zero strategy
Delivery of site-wide and portfolio-level decarbonisation programmes, including carbon baselining, option screening, and net zero pathway development across Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions. Experience supporting multi-site programmes across Europe and the UK, translating assessments into prioritised, actionable investment plans.
Power BI dashboards & decision tools
Design and development of Power BI dashboards for energy use, carbon performance, and decarbonisation project tracking. Built tools that consolidate site-level energy data, visualise carbon and cost savings, and support senior decision-making across large, complex estates.
Carbon modelling & analytics
Development of carbon models, baselines, and scenario tools using Excel, Power BI, Python, R, and eSankey. Analysis of emissions trajectories, financial impacts, and reduction opportunities to support long-term planning and evidence-based decarbonisation strategies.
Data coordination & stakeholder engagement
Coordination of data collection across sites, contractors, and supply chains to ensure robust, auditable emissions reporting. Regular engagement with site managers and multidisciplinary teams, including on-site assessments, to translate technical analysis into practical delivery actions.
Communication, reporting & bids
Production of clear, decision-ready reports and presentations for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience supporting bids, proposals, and the development of new low-carbon service offerings, helping shape how decarbonisation services are delivered at scale.
